Job Description:

One of our high-profile clients is looking for a Proposal Writer / Administrative Assistant to work directly under the COO. This position will be a 14-week temporary assignment.

We are looking for a highly-skilled MS Office expert with a professional demeanor. This is a temporary assignment with full-time hours Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m with 1 hour for lunch. Submit applications on our website at

Job Responsibilities:

This key team player will be responsible for proposal assembly and production. Maintaining and adhering to proposal production schedule. Data entry for customer information, sales leads, etc. Administrative duties as needed – typing documents, emails, filing, taking phone calls.

Job Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be deadline-focused and able to maintain and adhere to the proposal production schedule. Experience working with RFQs will be helpful. Preferred candidates will have a bachelor’s degree (priority for those with degrees in business, construction management, marketing, etc.) and prior experience working with C-level executives in the construction, engineering, architecture fields. MUST be able to pass a skills test for MS Office Suite. References will be verified.
