Job Description:

High profile client is looking to add a Receptionist to their busy office in the CBD!

This position is direct hire with an immediate start date. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills with a professional appearance. The receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, as well as various administrative duties including organization and upkeep of company documents. The position will be full time Monday-Friday starting at $15/hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Greeting guests and notifying appropriate staff member of the guest’s arrival
  • Updating various company documents
  • Other general administrative office duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant. Must be proficient with MS Office, email etiquette, and have a professional demeanor.
