Job Description:

One of our favorite long-term clients is in need of a Customer Service Representative!

This position is in a great work environment with friendly staff. Responsibilities will include maintaining customer relationships, developing new relationships, providing solutions to issues that may arise, and overall ensuring satisfactory customer service.

Temp to hire. Immediate start date. Monday-Friday full time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
• Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Advise on company information.
• Act as the company gatekeeper.

Job Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience required.

Prior experience with warehouse or manufacturing a plus.
