Job Description:

We are seeking an RN Coordinator to join our client’s team in Uniontown, PA! This position is a management position, so prior experience in healthcare management is a big plus! This is an administrative nursing position within a senior care company. The RN Coordinator will oversee the quality of care provided to patients by the care coordinators.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
• Manage a team of care coordinators
• Assist with patient care mostly only if the care coordinators are short-handed

Job Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing
• Previous experience working with senior patients
• Previous nursing management experience
• HIPPA compliant
