Job Description:

5-7 years of coordination and logistics

Convert customer quotes and bids into orders

Work with the sales team to update customer quotes and bids

Liaison between sales, admin, installation teams, and customers

Customer service – answer phones, take customer orders, resolve customer and installer issues

Identify quotes and bids that must be updated, coordinate with the Sales Manager, and assist with correcting

Coordinate installation schedule between Installation department and Sales team

Daily communication of installation team workload

Monitor the “Orders” email box

Back-up other members of the Admin team

Attend bi-monthly meetings

Other duties as assigned

M-F 8-5 Benefit Package Salary-$18/hr.-$22/hr. DOE
