Job Description:

5-7 years of inventory, purchasing and logistics

Build customer orders by assigning appropriate inventory 

Monitor the “Order” email box 

Customer service – Answering phones, taking orders, resolving customer and installer issues 

Coordinate orders and schedule with warehouse and installation department 

Manage and reduce inventory and roll end waste 

Monitor multifamily and sundry stock inventory levels, communicate shortages to appropriate buyer, create order list and communicate it to the Central Operations Manager 

Research inventory discrepancies, create and maintain inventory adjustment list in RFMS, and communicate adjustments to the Central Operations Manager for corrections to be made 

Reconcile picking tickets with orders as necessary 

Scan phone sales information into system and attach to orders within RFMS 

Backup other members of the Admin team 

Attend bi-monthly meetings 

Other duties as assigned 

M-F 8-5, Benefit Package, Salary $18/hr.-$22/hr.
